I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances change, requiring appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled. To best accommodate all of our clients and respect our small business, we kindly request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If 48 hours notice is not provided, a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee will apply. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance with this process.

A missed appointment fee equal to 50% of the booking cost will be charged if you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
